As a vocal advocate for women in business, Shauna is on a mission to redefine what it looks like to be a working woman. This mission led to the founding of Making Moxie, a community for female entrepreneurs to share their stories and insights, guiding one another in growing successful businesses.

Andréa Jones is a social media strategist who works with small businesses, startups, and podcasts to build their online presence through targeted social media and content marketing solutions. She’s the host of the Savvy Social Podcast, a show for budding entrepreneurs who want to understand the how and why of social media marketing. She’s also the founder of SavvySocialSchool.com – a membership community that has everything you need to achieve visibility, growth, and engagement on social media.

As an undergrad in college, Kaitlin studied Journalism and Mass Communications which made her recognize her love for connecting with people and telling their stories.
For the past eight years she has worked with several small business owners on developing their brands and marketing strategies in industries such as food and beverage, law, event management, and fitness. She also took a stab at sales for a digital marketing agency. Her creative flair led her back to her current gig which is writing and crafting succinct and consistent marketing messages across appropriate media channels for an international manufacturing company.
Aside from work and career, she enjoys burning extra energy through skiing, hiking, kayaking, mountain biking, and yoga. Kaitlin is a certified ski instructor and children’s race coach and loves coaching her mini ski buddies during the winter weekends.

Jonna is the founder of a marketing consultancy that helps small businesses find their ideal customers through deliberate research, beautifully designed marketing pieces and carefully crafted advertising. She loves the outdoors and spends her weekends traveling around Maine with her husband, daughter and dog — Acadia National Park being their favorite weekend getaway! She’s also working towards hiking all of the 48 4,000 foot mountains in NH.

Bree is a creative strategist, marketing guru, wedding photographer and social media wizard who celebrates allowing your personality to speak through your work. She is a steward for connecting with clients on a personal level, and is consistently striving to be a servant leader in both her professional life and personal.
Stemming from a multi-faceted career background, Bree pursued photography, graphic design and psychology in her studies and received her BFA in photography from the Florida State University in 2015, and previously has worked in both the marketing industry as well as the A/E/C industry. Bree runs a successful adventure elopement and destination wedding photography business that allows her to create heirlooms of people's life stories, and create gallery worthy images to be passed down for generations. She believes deeply in fostering community amongst creative women entrepreneurs to provide others with the materials and tools needed to align their businesses with success, a little bit of magic, and a lot of moxie.

From Amish to the World
Having been born into an Amish family but excommunicated from the plain circles in her adulthood, Margaret Delagrange has embraced her unusual heritage with a unique approach to life and business. Everyone knows her as "Meg".
As a multi-faceted creative entrepreneur, Meg digs a good challenge. She was the first woman in her ancestral Amish line to attend college. She pursued studies in business communications, journalism, and graphic design. Meg has built on her knowledge with real-world experience over the past 5 years by developing the brands of small businesses and nonprofit organizations to have a clear voice that stands out from the crowd through a fresh take on design and unorthodox marketing methods. Meg is currently a partner and the Chief Marketing Officer of Urban Southern where she is strategically building a strong brand presence both online and offline. In Urban Southern's second year of business, Meg was able to increase sales by 8788.89% and grow their email lists from 362 subscribers to over 4,000.
Meg is also a self-taught artist with a growing portfolio and a fine art resume. She has been part of group exhibits in Kansas City Missouri, Tokyo, Japan and Denver, Colorado before gaining her first solo exhibition as the artist in residence at a space in downtown Denver.

Anya is a content creator, marketer, advocate, and Humanist from St. Louis, Missouri. When she’s not marketing her Uncle’s gymnastics business or teaching gymnastics herself, she’s busy running her own business. Anya provides digital marketing and content services to small businesses. She’s on a mission to empower others to affect change using their voices, not only in business but in all aspects of life.
Anya loves to travel and is active in Humanist communities internationally. She’s a vocal advocate of human rights, science and reason, and social justice. Anya’s long-term goal is to become a digital nomad and roam the world freely while promoting Humanist values through her business.
